This Ayurvedic treatment helps relieve aching and tense muscles.  A dough reservoir is placed on either your lower back or neck.  This reservoir is then filled with a warmed carrier oil and essential oils, picked for their anti-pain and anti-inflammation qualities.  The oil is constantly being changed out to maintain its warmth, which helps penetrate and nourish the tissues.
