Shiro (head) and dhara (flow), is an ancient Ayurvedic (traditional medicine in India) treatment. 

This treatment is known to reduce stress and promote calmness; reduce anxiety; improves sleep quality; and is grounding. 

Shirodhara treatment includes face and scalp acupressure followed by a constant stream of warm sesame oil onto your forehead.
